該網站為匈牙利投資及貿易發展局 (The Hungarian Invest-ment and Trade Development Agency，簡稱ITD)官方網站，為匈牙利最重要的經貿發展單位，與外貿協會類似，惟ITD於匈牙利係隸屬外交部及經濟部，屬於政府單位。

在ITD之網站內容提供許多匈牙利投資環境及於匈牙利經貿的相關資訊，值得一提的是，該網站首頁上右欄的EURO INFO CENTER中有許多重要的資訊，包括重要產業報導、出版刊物、Links等；在Links欄下可以找到許多重要資訊的網址，如該網站Links中的English Language Press in Hungary項目裡，可連結到Business Hungary/ Econews/ BBJ(Bu-dapest Business Journal)/Budapest Sun/Bu-dapest Week等匈牙利當地最重要之英文期刊或英文週報網站，對於想了解匈牙利的經貿動態時勢及新聞等資訊，相當有助益。

該網站為匈牙利最重要展覽公司網站，在匈牙利的展覽業中，Hungexpo可以說最為舉足輕重且最具代表性的展覽公司，該公司自1968年還屬政府單位時即開始辦理展覽，並於近年來民營化，但仍極具官方色彩，該公司除繼續執行民營化，並在將來分為兩個公司，一為專門經營展覽公司，另一為專營房地產業的硬體經營。
